From dusk to dawn

Some of the best and most intriguing photography is done after dark!
On Orkney in summer there is a twilight throughout the night. Kirkwall and Stromness with their narrow paved streets are great subjects for night photography. The standing stones at Stenness and Brodgar, as well as other sites provide more and contrasting photo opportunities.
